I think I was doing that well enough in my previous jobs and internships, and the book confirmed it. Books by Jodi Glickman. When things don’t go gliciman planned – When raising a red flag, highlight the issue as early as possible, state the facts related to the issue and propose a solution.

If you are having some issues with interoffice communication and relationships with clients and co-workers, I would nonetheless still recommend this book.
