One thing that can be said for sure about this book is that it offers a fascinating look into the Tibetan philosophy and religion through the eyes of the author. For years, nobody knew this was a hoax – it’s a fun read, but if you’re looking for more accurate information about mediation, seek elsewhere.

But actually he is not Nevertheless – book is very intriguing to read.
