dummiez In the end of the day, despite my reservations, this text is useful and I will probably reference back to it for certain things but it definitely has its limitations in many ways.

Very inciteful and useful, not only on your own body language, but also what others are subconsciously saying. You will be surprised by how much changes when you change your body language.
